Lu Gong is one of the oldest towns in Taiwan. It is a port city and has retained most of its charm and mystic. My friend took me there and explained the history and culture. The most interesting aspect is the temple to MatSu, the goddess of the sea. Lu Gong has the oldest MatSu temple in Taiwan.
